ASC Strategies, LLC is a privately held ambulatory surgery center consulting company providing services throughout the United States. The company specializes in conducting ASC Assessments that review all aspects of existing center operations including financial, clinical, regulatory and overall center operations, profitability, efficiency and quality of care. In addition to operational assessments our team can assist clients with ongoing operational oversight, new facility development, financial forecasting and strategic planning, partnership development, licensing and accreditation, third party payer contracting, utilization improvement and administrator recruitment, evaluation and mentoring. ASC Strategies was founded by Jessica Nantz and Joan Dentler.  Nantz and Dentler have both been a part of the ambulatory surgery center industry on a national level since its inception.  Their hands-on experience has enabled them to get a clear idea of  best-practices and needs of surgery centers regardless of location, specialty mix or ownership structure (physician-owned, hospital physician joint ventures, hospital-owned or management company-physician partnership).

In addition to the principals having direct contact with all ASC Strategies clients, we have an experienced group of professionals with expertise in all areas of the ambulatory surgery industry. Project costs are managed by pulling in only the experts needed for a particular situation, customizing the team utilized for each client.  The members of our team include: accountants, analysts, equipment planners, information technology consultants, architects, real estate developers, surgeons, anesthesiologists, clinicians, certified coders, practice managers, third party payer analysts, and attorneys.
