Jessica Nantz, RN, has 29 years of healthcare experience, which demonstrates her diverse background and knowledge of the healthcare industry, including ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, diagnostic imaging centers and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The past years have been focused in the ambulatory field, which included a senior level executive position in operations and management with HealthSouth Corporation having responsibility for 80 ASCs across the country. Her responsibilities included increasing operational efficiencies with a diligent focus on clinical, business office, reimbursement and administrative operations, a focus on ROI, the structuring and negotiating synergistic partnerships and creating innovative growth opportunities.

In addition, Ms. Nantz was the founder and principal of mdStrategies, Inc. a comprehensive healthcare company providing cost-efficient coding and business office solutions for ambulatory surgery centers. mdStrategies, Inc. services included providing coding services to ASCs on a full-time or temporary basis, conducting coding audits, administration of coding proficiency exams, and general business office consulting and support as well as trainings and educational seminars. Ms. Nantz sold mdStrategies in 2005. She received her RN Nursing Diploma in Toledo, Ohio in 1978 with an expertise in the field of critical care.
