The Scope of Services that are included in Operational Oversight are:
- An initial assessment conducted to set performance goals for the Center.
- A project manager will be assigned to your Center and maintain 24/7 availability to your Administrator, Medical Director and Board President for problem-solving and advice.
- Our ASC experienced team will monitor day to day operations by performing real time review of your operations by remote access into your information system and contact with your management team.
- Your ASC Strategies Project Manager will conduct regular conference calls and meetings with your Administrator to review goals, identify areas of improvement, follow up on tasks, problem solve and advise on growth opportunities
- An operational scorecard and performance update will be sent to all board members after the close of each month.
- Periodic site visits will be performed to conduct on-site assessments, meet with staff and participate in board/partners meetings. These are recommended to be scheduled quarterly.
